Booking
A booking is a request until we confirm it by email with the date, time and your cleaner's first name.
Hourly cleans are booked for at least 2 hours. Airbnb turnovers, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans are priced by quote, and a quote stays open for 14 days.
Prices and paying
Home, office and commercial cleans cost £20 an hour. The price you see when you book is the price you pay for each visit, unless you agree to change the hours.
We email an invoice after each clean. Please pay by bank transfer within 3 working days, using the invoice number as the reference. We never ask for card details, and we never change our bank details by phone or text.
Cleaning products
Please have your preferred cleaning products ready before your visit, so your cleaner uses the ones you like.
For Airbnb clients, a £15 call-out fee applies to any extra trip outside your regular turnover schedule.
Cancelling and changing a visit
Please give at least 7 days' notice to cancel a visit. You can cancel online from your account.
If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, a £5 late cancellation fee applies. If you can't be home but your cleaner has access and you're happy for them to work alone, the visit can go ahead instead.
To move a visit to another day, call us.
Our cleaners
All Libra cleaners hold a valid DBS check, show photo ID and are interviewed in person before their first visit.
If you hire a cleaner introduced by Libra directly, during our service or within 6 months after it ends, a £100 introduction fee applies.
Damage
Libra holds insurance covering accidental damage caused by our cleaners during a booked visit. Please report any damage within 48 hours.
