Which cleans need a quote?
Airbnb turnovers, deep cleans, move-in cleans and move-out cleans. Every property is different, so tell us about yours online or call us free, and we'll send a price you can accept online.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave a key or a lockbox code, and your cleaner can let themselves in.
How are your cleaners checked?
Every cleaner shows photo ID and a DBS certificate, and we interview each one in person before their first visit.
Do I get the same cleaner each time?
Usually, yes. If your cleaner ever changes, we'll let you know first.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, within 3 working days of your invoice. We email it after each clean from bookings@libraclean.co.uk.
What if something gets damaged?
We hold insurance covering accidental damage caused by our cleaners during a booked visit. Please tell us within 48 hours.
