Questionsabout this clean
How many hours do I need?
Most flats take 2 to 3 hours and most houses take 3 to 4. A visit can be up to 8 hours. For a bigger job, ask us for a deep clean quote.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave a key or a lockbox code, and your cleaner can let themselves in.
Do I provide cleaning products?
Yes, so your cleaner uses the products you like. Please have them ready before your visit.
Do I get the same cleaner each time?
Usually, yes. If your cleaner ever changes, we'll let you know first.
Can I cancel or move a visit?
Cancel online with 7 days' notice. Cancelling with less notice costs £5. To move a visit to another day, give us a call.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, within 3 working days of your invoice. We email it after each clean from bookings@libraclean.co.uk.
