How do I pay?
By bank transfer, within 3 working days of your invoice. We email it after each clean from bookings@libraclean.co.uk.
Can I pay by card?
Not yet. We never ask for card details, and we never change our bank details by phone or text.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes. Every clean gets its own invoice with the date, hours and price, which you can also download from your account. Handy for an office's accounts team.
Can I cancel or move a visit?
Cancel online with 7 days' notice. Cancelling with less notice costs £5. To move a visit to another day, give us a call.
How many hours do I need?
Most flats take 2 to 3 hours and most houses take 3 to 4. A visit can be up to 8 hours. For a bigger job, ask us for a deep clean quote.
Which cleans need a quote?
Airbnb turnovers, deep cleans, move-in cleans and move-out cleans. Every property is different, so tell us about yours online or call us free, and we'll send a price you can accept online.
